3 wheel car, where would you put the best 2 wheels/axles?

    So let's hypothetically, yet still realistic, say you're in a tight spot, no time to make up another set of wheels and axles and no spare parts on hand: You know one set didn't turn out as well as the others, the other 2 sets are good (axle not bent yet); what positions would you put the good/not good parts? Both good on DFW side or both good on rear?

    I think your best one should be the DFW. Don’t know if it matters which rear position the other one gets. Interested to see what others have to say on this...

    Your best wheel should be in the front, no doubt. A runout gage really helps with this because the rears run on a different edge than the front. If it’s a bore/hub problem, put your best in the front, and your other two in the rear.
