    Sorry for the newbie question. I have seen people put nail polish on the side of cars. What is the best way to polish it down to be like glass that people talk about?

    I don’t know much about the nail polish option, but if you can’t run washers Teflon tape is a great way to go!

    Increasingly higher grits of sandpaper will get it done, think 400ish to 5k or higher.
